Consultations on Interior Decorating
Consultations are ideal for home or business owners looking for on site suggestions during a 2 hour home or office visit. Can include but is not limited to the following.
- Paint and Wall Covering selection.
- Materials and Finishes selection for new home or renovations.
- Window Treatment Style Selection
- Furniture placement
- Space Planning
- Re-design with what you already have.
$350.00 plus $100.00 per hour after first initial 2 hours - due at consultation.
Each consultation depending on the scope of the project would include a follow up email or note detailing all that had been discussed or a home visit with a presentation of selected finishes or Concept Board if ordered.
Floor Plans
Are not included in the initial consultation but can be ordered as an additional service to help you visualize where your furniture should go. $100.00 per hour.
Concept Board
To help clients visualize their new space, I will create a custom designed board that will show the actual fabrics, finishes, colours and floor plan, if in scope, that will be used to complete the project.
$550.00 per board
$275.00 deposit required at consultation.
Decorating Project Management
Depending on the scope of the project it is typically billed weekly at $100.00 per hour or on a project-by-project basis.
Purchases
All purchases such as furniture and accessories are billed either per hour plus percentage of price if shopping retail or an hourly rate plus shared discount if shopping in trade only or other businesses where I get a trade discount.. Each project will be assessed and a billing structure determined and outlined in the client contract.
